A tip for those who will visit Bento Gonçalves – Brazil is doing one of the most beautiful walks leading to St. Peter colony. It is some 13 kilometers of the center.

This route, known as Path of Stone, has 7 km and passes through 28 buildings and mills, boxes of pasta, of looms, from mate and sheep, canteens and chapels, all made in stone and wood. The scenario is very similar to the northern region of Italy.

Besides the beautiful buildings you can also enjoy delicious colonial products such as cheese, salami, preserves, jams, yogurt, pasta, wine, crafts, mate to mate and products made from sheep’s milk.

Check out the photos of the place in this presentation:

Cape Verde has beautiful beaches and offers heat for almost every year. The economy is based on fishing, but this is becoming a thing of the past. Tourism focus turned now!

The infrastructure to receive tourists from all over the world are intesificou, and now the sun is a burning desire to make Cape Verde and the African Caribbean. “

In Pedra de Lume, northeast of the island, there will be a 5 star Resort. In this place, because of extremely salty water, tourists can float up. Furthermore, they can enjoy the benefits of volcanic mud.

Only 60km from Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Bombinhas is a majestic paradise with 29 beaches, many native forest, trails and place for diving. Bombinhas, in recent years has been one of the municipalities with higher growth in number of tourists, attracted by its good infrastructure and skills.

As the city is a kind of “cable”, a protuberance into the sea, the beach is not lacking. Are miles and miles of beach, even for those who want to be in the best-known as Mariscal, Quatro Ilhas, Canto Grande, juniper and the most exciting of pumps and Bombinhas.

There are controversies about the origin of the curious name of the city: a theory that would be inspired by the noise that is to tread in the sand, rich in quartz crystals, but today is no longer possible to hear it, another option is that is due to the noise made by the waves hitting the beach.

Many may not know, but Penedo, a district of the municipality of Itatiaia / RJ, has the largest, if not unique, Finnish colony of Brazil. It started at the end of the 1920s, when Toivo Uuskallio came to the “magic tropics” with his wife Liisa and three more boys, to work on Three Wells Farm, near Volta Redonda.

Uuskallio like both decided that the trip back to Finland to bring a group of people to form a colony in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Thus, in 1928, published the book “Matkalla kohta Tropiikin Taikaa” (In Travel in the direction of the Tropic Magic), about his impressions for the trip and starting a campaign to recruit volunteers and raise funds. The plan worked, and in 1929, Toivo has enough to buy the farm Penedo, in what was then the city of Resende / RJ.

It is estimated that around 300 immigrants arrived in the Finnish colony by the year 1940. They built houses along the Finnish and practiced architecture, basically, an agriculture of subsistence. Today, however, the basis of the district’s economy is tourism. For those who want to visit, there are excellent hotels and lodges there.

We know that Panama is a country of Central America and is that country which is located in the famous Panama Canal. And adding to the idea that we have in Central America, a poor and backward place, it is common to say that Panama is a country operated by the U.S., which control the channel, right?

If you answered that yes, you better revise their concepts. Yes, it is true that Central America is generally a poor place and that the U.S. controlled the canal, but Panama is far from being a poor country.

Sample that is the beauty and opulence of its capital, Panama City, a city with the skyscrapers impressive, large and efficient avenues and beautiful wooded areas. The ancient city, founded in 1519, now has 1.2 million inhabitants and was registered as World Heritage by UNESCO, the beauty of its colonial architecture.

In addition, Panama is a country near the equator, with tropical forests and beautiful variety of flora and fauna, all this combined with a good infrastructure and excellent hotels and services for tourists. For all that, it is worth the visit.

If you visit California, USA, be sure to visit Malibu, a spa there, near from Los Angeles. The city, with its 27 miles (about 40km) of coastline, offers some of the most beautiful scenery of California, which is squeezed between the Pacific and the Santa Monica Mountains.

Needless to say, being in the heart of one of the richest regions of the world, the hotel infrastructure and tourism is amazing. Even more if we consider that wealthy Americans to consider one of the best destinations in the U.S.. Many of them even have homes of millions of dollars in the isolated mountains, facing the sea.

Take a look at photos in slide below. Remember the movie Ironman, the “Iron Man”? Yeah, the mansion, they say, there is truth. But the scenario is appropriate: both in film and in comics, the hero Tony Stark lives in Malibu.

If there is a place in Brazil that you must not fail to know, that place is Florianópolis. The capital of Santa Catarina State, even with nearly 1 million inhabitants in its metropolitan area, has everything: from the super dense and populated region of the center and the continent, where they “blend” with the municipality of San José, by small “towns” as coastal Barra da Lagoa and Joaquina.

Yes, towns is a good word to define neighborhoods on the island of Florianopolis. Are all separate and with life itself. The distances are great, easy easy walk 60 or 70km to go to a neighborhood to another (so, take your car or rent one, preferably with free mileage. You run enough). But it is worth. The roads, often, even cross sections of native forest, hills with spectacular views and magnificent mansions.

When there, be sure to visit the mansions of the wonderful beach of Jurerê International, the dunes of Joaquina beach, instead of surfing competitions, the Costão Santinho the west side and Lagoa da Conceição. On the road between the city and Barra da Lagoa, several viewpoints Must!

The city suffered a blow due to Hurricane Katrina in 2004, but the photos from 2007 and 2008, you can see that the largest city in Louisiana is recovered and vibrant again! Certainly worth a good visit, no?

Some photos of the beautiful and wealthy city of Monterrey, capital of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico, the 3rd most populous country with 3.8 million inhabitants in the metropolitan area, considered the safest city in Latin America and holds the highest income per capita in Mexico.

The city is known as the “City of the Mountains” by locating it in one of the spikes of the Sierra Madre and simply grew around a mountain, the Cerro de la Silla, a postcard unmistakable.

Its main attractions are, of course, the majestic mountains. The city offers a wide range of scenery to take your breath, trails and places for mountaineering.

The mixture of modern urban life in a city that virtually nothing should be in infrastructure to other cities of the “First World”, with nature and the mountains here on the offer, perhaps, a unique combination for tourists.
